To fully experience this journey, you’ll obviously need some good fuel, which is why we’ve included a delicious and healthy menu. Cuatro Vientos’ nutritional approach is based on mindful eating with organic products from the land and sea. Our chefs choose fresh, local ingredients to create meals packed with superfoods that will make you feel amazing!

Our goal is to develop a conscious relationship with food and boost your energy through interactive cooking, available to everyone.

The package includes breakfast and lunch, while dinners are on your own to enjoy the culinary offerings of Santa Teresa or, if you prefer to cook at night, you’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal

What is not included

Visa: Tourists from many nationalities can obtain a free 180-day tourist visa upon arrival in Costa Rica. This will vary depending on your nationality, so we recommend checking with the authorities for the applicable regulations. An important detail is to have your return ticket when entering Costa Rica.
Travel insurance: As with any trip, we recommend having adequate coverage in the unlikely event of an injury, medical emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.
